All we have is the present moment, the only experience we truly have. The lifelong inquiry of asking, 'what does it look like to become as intimate as possible with the present moments arising?' Openness to the present moment gives us the most intimacy with life itself. If we can connect more deeply with ourselves, then we can connect deeper to others, the whole, and to spirit.

I believe I am here because I am one of the many people that have come to realize that continuing to live a life of isolation, suffering, disconnection from oneself, others, earth, community, and spirit is causing unnecessary harm here.

 

I envision people feeling free to be their authentic selves. I envision a future where people are free to express themselves with love, care, and consideration for themselves, others, their community, earth, and their connection to spirit. I want to welcome people to go beyond the personal drama/trauma, to remember our place in the cosmos, that we are part of something so much bigger.
